স্কুলের পিছনের নালা থেকে উদ্ধার হল পূর্ণবয়স্ক দাঁতাল হাতির মৃতদেহ। হাতিটির মৃতদেহ উদ্ধার করে ময়নাতদন্তের জন্য পাঠিয়েছে বনদপ্তর।
Bengal Live আলিপুরদুয়ারঃ পূর্ণবয়স্ক এক দাঁতাল হাতির মৃতদেহ উদ্ধারের ঘটনায় ছড়াল চাঞ্চল্য। শুক্রবার ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে আলিপুরদুয়ার জেলার কালচিনি ব্লকের হ্যমিলণ্টণগঞ্জ রেঞ্জের অন্তর্গত দলসিংপাড়া এলাকায় । ঘটনাস্থল থেকে হাতির মৃতদেহটি উদ্ধার করেছে বনদপ্তরের কর্মীরা।
পাচার রুখতে শূন্যে গুলি, উদ্ধার গাড়ি বোঝাই সেগুন কাঠ
জানা গিয়েছে, এদিন সকালে দলসিংপাড়া এম এস কে স্কুলের পিছনে নালায় একটি পূর্ণবয়স্ক দাঁতাল হাতির মৃতদেহ পড়ে ছিল। তা দেখতে পেয়ে বনদপ্তরে খবর দেন স্থানীয় বাসিন্দারা । এরপর খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছয় হ্যামিল্টণগঞ্জ রেঞ্জের রেঞ্জ অফিসার সহ বনদপ্তরের কর্মীরা । বনকর্মীদের সহায়তায় হাতিটির মৃতদেহ উদ্ধার করে ময়নাতদন্তের জন্য পাঠানো হয়েছে । ময়নাতদন্তের রিপোর্ট আসার পরই মৃত্যুর আসল কারণ জানা যাবে বলে জানিয়েছে বন দপ্তর।
