এক নজরে Student Credit Card আবেদনের খুঁটিনাটি
২০২১ বিধানসভা নির্বাচনের পূর্বে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় রাজ্যের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের শিক্ষালাভে আর্থিক সাহায্য প্রদানের উদ্দেশ্যে যে স্টুডেন্ট ক্রেডিট কার্ডের প্রতিশ্রুতি দেন, কিছুদিন আগে থেকেই চালু হয়েছে তার অনলাইন আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া। এই কার্ডের সাহায্যে বাংলার পড়ুয়ারা পেতে পারে উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য ১০ লক্ষ টাকা পর্যন্ত ঋণ। স্কুল-কলেজের মতো শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে খরচের পাশাপাশি এই Student Credit Card-এর মাধ্যমে ঋণ পাওয়া যাবে যে কোনও প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরীক্ষার কোচিংয়ের জন্যও।
এই ক্রেডিট কার্ডের জন্য রাজ্যের পড়ুয়াদের কিভাবে কোথায় আবেদন করতে হবে, প্রয়োজন হবে কি কি নথিপত্র জেনে নিন তার খুঁটিনাটি –
ইচ্ছুক ছাত্রছাত্রীরা Student Credit Card-এর জন্য শিক্ষা দপ্তরের পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে www.wb.gov.in-এ গিয়ে আবেদন জানাতে পারবেন। এছাড়া, আবেদন করা যাবে wbscc.wb.gov.in এর মাধ্যমেও।
এছাড়াও টোল ফ্রি নম্বর 18001028014 এ ফোন করে এই Student Credit Card-এর সম্পর্কে তথ্য জানতে পারবেন। এই নম্বরে ফোন করলে মিলবে এই Student Credit Card-এর সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য। সেই তথ্য জেনে সঠিক ভাবে আবেদন করা যাবে।
আর এই Student Credit Card এর আবেদন করার জন্য ছাত্রছাত্রীদের প্রয়োজন হবে ঠিকানার প্রমাণপত্র, তাঁর পরিবারের মোট আয়ের প্রমাণপত্র, মার্কশিট, অভিভাবকের আধার কার্ড, প্যান কার্ড অথবা পাসপোর্টের প্রতিলিপি।
উপরোক্ত নথিগুলির সঙ্গেই ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর এবং ওই ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টের শেষ ছয় মাসের স্টেটমেন্টও জমা দিতে হবে। নির্দিষ্ট বয়ানে আবেদন করার পর রাজ্য উচ্চশিক্ষা দপ্তর সেই আবেদনপত্র ব্যাঙ্কে পাঠিয়ে দেবে। আবেদন শেষে মোবাইলে একটি মেসেজের মাধ্যমে আবেদন গৃহীত হল কিনা তা জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
সাথে আরো একটি কথা খেয়াল রাখা দরকার, অফলাইনে বা কোনও ব্যক্তি মারফৎ আবেদন করা যাবে না এই Student Credit Card-এর জন্য। তাই কোনও রকম প্রতারকের ফাঁদে পা দেবেন না।Student Credit Card-এর জন্য সরাসরি wbscc.wb.gov.in এর মাধ্যমেও আবেদন করুন।
